Abstract | Cilj rada je bio ispitati utjecaj parametara ekstrakcije potpomognute mikrovalovima (MAE): temperatura (10, 25 i 40 °C), vrijeme (5, 15 i 25 min) i snaga mikrovalova (150, 300 i 450 W) na sadržaj ukupnih klorofila a (13,04 do 20,01 mg 100 gˉ¹ s.tv.) i klorofila b (6,83 do 10,83 mg 100 gˉ¹ s.tv.), karotenoida (3,90 do 6,90 mg 100 gˉ¹ s.tv.) i fenola (31,85 do 240,09 mg GAE 100 gˉ¹ s.tv.) određenih spektrofotometrijskim metodama. Na udio analiziranih spojeva statistički značajno utječe vrijeme ekstrakcije, a optimalni uvjeti MAE su: temperatura 25 °C, snaga mikrovalova 300 W i vrijeme ekstrakcije od 25 minuta. U ekstraktu ekstrahiranom pri optimalnim uvjetima MAE najzastupljeniji spojevi određeni HPLC-UV/VIS PDA metodom su bili klorofil a (223,72 mg 100 gˉ¹ s.tv.), derivat luteina (141,59 mg 100 gˉ¹ s.tv.) i klorofil b (126,24 mg 100 gˉ¹ s.tv.). Antioksidacijska aktivnost je iznosila 2393,57 ± 2,53 μmol Trolox 100 gˉ¹ s.tv. |
Abstract (english) | The aim of the study was to determine the influence of microwave extraction (MAE) parameters: temperature (10, 25 and 40 °C), time (5, 15 and 25 min) and microwave power (150, 300 and 450 W) on the content of total chlorophyll a (13.04 - 20.01 mg 100 gˉ¹ dw) and chlorophyll b (6.83 - 10.83 mg 100 gˉ¹ dw), carotenoids (3.90 - 6.90 mg 100 gˉ¹ dw) and phenols (31.85 - 240.09 mg 100 gˉ¹ dw) determined spectrophotometrically. The content of compounds was statistically significantly affected by extraction time. The optimal MAE conditions were 25 °C/300 W/25 minutes. In the extract extracted under optimal MAE conditions the most abundant compounds determined by HPLC-UV/VIS PDA were chlorophyll a (223.72 mg 100 gˉ¹ dw), lutein derivative (141.59 mg 100 gˉ¹ dw) and chlorophyll b (126, 24 mg 100 gˉ¹ dw). The antioxidant activity was 2393.57 ± 2.53 μmol Trolox 100 gˉ¹ dw. |
