Abstract

Praćenjem proizvodnog procesa nastoji se smanjiti varijabilnost mjerljivih parametara kod čega se pravovremeno poduzimaju korektivne mjere. Svrha ovog rada bila je pratiti statističku stabilnost procesa punjenja kapsula u industriji dodataka prehrani pomoću kontrolnih karata u razdoblju od tri godine. Također je udio vitaminskog i mineralnog sastava smjese uspoređen sa zakonskim propisima. Periodično je mjerena masa kapsula nakon punjenja i na temelju izračunatih podataka napravljene su Shewartove kontrolne karte za prosjek i raspon skupa podataka. Utvrđeno je da se ucrtane točke na svim kontrolnim kartama nalaze između gornje i donje kontrolne granice, stoga je proces punjenja kapsula pod statističkom kontrolom i stabilan je. Udio pantotenske kiseline u kapsulama premašio je najveću dopuštenu količinu, dok se udio preostalih sastojaka nalazio unutar vrijednosti koje određuju zakonski propisi.

Abstract (english)

By monitoring the production process, the variability of measurable parameters is reduced, and corrective measures are taken in a timely manner. The purpose of this work was to monitor the statistical stability of the capsule filling process in the food supplement industry using control charts over a period of three years. Also, the proportion of vitamin and mineral composition of the mixture was comparated with legal regulations. The weight of the capsules after filling was measured periodically and based on the calculated data, Shewart control charts were made for the average and range of the data set. It was found that the plotted points on all control charts are between the upper and lower control limits, therefore the capsule filling process is under statistical control and is stable. The proportion of pantothenic acid in the capsules exceeded the maximum allowed amount, while the proportion of the remaining ingredients was within the values set by the legal regulations.
