Abstract

Ovo istraživanje bavi se procjenom nutritivnog statusa osoba oboljelih od upalnih bolesti crijeva. Sudjelovalo je ukupno 29 bolesnika iz gastroenterološke ambulante KBC-a Zagreb koji su prošli kroz tri faze ispitivanja, antropometrijska mjerenja, procjenu prehrambenih navika i biokemijska mjerenja. Također im je procjenjen i rizik od malnutricije i to pomoću NRS – 2002 alata. Rezultati su pokazali da žene unose svega 79 % od potrebne količine energije, 33 % bolesnika ima BMI manji od 20.5 što predstavlja granicu pothranjenosti, a 41 % ima rezultat NRS-a ≥2 što znači da ih treba tjedno pratiti jer su u riziku od pothranjenosti i potrebna im je nutritivna potpora.

Abstract (english)

This research is about the assessment of nutritional status of people with inflamatory bowel disease. There was total of 29 patients from gastroenterology infirmary form KBC – Zagreb and they were included in three stages of research. Antropomethry measurments, assessment of dietary habits and blood tests. The risk od malnutrition was estimated by NRS – 2002 tool. The results have shown that woman have only 79 % of needed energy intake, 33 % of patients have BMI lower than 20.5 which is malnutrition border and 41 % of them have NRS -2002 results ≥2. That means that they need weekly monitoring because they are at risk of malnutrition and that nutritional support is required.
