Abstract

Analizirano je ukupno pet vina, privatnih proizvođača, proizvedenih u volodersko-ivanićgradskom vinogorju, podregija Moslavina i kutjevačkom vinogorju, podregija Slavonija, i to tri vina sorte Pinot sivi te dva vina sorte Pinot bijeli. Plinskom kromatografijom (GC) određena je koncentracija etanola. Kemijskim analizama prema Pravilniku o vinu određene su koncentracije šećera, ukupnih i hlapljivih kiselina te slobodnog, vezanog i ukupnog SO2. Metodom tekućinske kromatografije visoke djelotvornosti (HPLC) određene su koncentracije glukoze, fruktoze, saharoze, glicerola, mliječne kiseline i jabučne kiseline. Rezultati ovih analiza zadovoljavaju kriterije propisane Pravilnikom o vinu.

Abstract (english)

Samples of five wines from private wine producers, three samples of Pinot gris and two samples of Pinot blanc, were analysed. The cultivation areas of this wines are winegrowing hill Voloder - Ivanić Grad in the subregion Moslavina and wine-growing hill Kutjevo in the subregion Slavonija. Gas chromatography (GC) was used for detection of alcohol. The chemical analyses were applied to define the concentrations of sugar, total and volatile acid as well as free, bound and total SO2. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for detection of glucose, fructose, sucrose, glycerol, lactic acid and malic acid. The results of basic analyses were in correlation to Croatian regulation of wine.
