Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bila je priprava biološki aktivnih kvaternih soli, derivata vitamina B6. Provedene su reakcije kvaternizacije 3-hidroksi-4-hidroksiiminometil-5-hidroksimetil-1-metilpiridina (piridoksal-oksima). Kvaterne soli piridoksal-oksima [5] – [7] pripravljene su reakcijom kvaternizacije s jodalkanima (1-jodpentan, 1-jodheksan i 1-jodheptan), a koji su opet pripravljeni reakcijom izmjene aniona (metateza) iz odgovarajućih bromalkana. Ukupno su sinetizirana tri (3) nova, do sada neobjavljena, spoja čija je struktura određena pomoću podataka dobivenih 1H- i 13C- nuklearno-magnetskom rezonancijom.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work was the preparation of biologically active quaternary salts of vitamin B6. Quaternization reactions were carried out with 3-hydroxy-4-hydroxyiminomethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-1-methylpyridine (pyridoxal-oxime). Quaternary salts of pyridoxal oxime [5] - [7] were prepared by quaternization with iodoalkanes (1-iodopentane, 1-iodohexane and 1-iodoheptane), which are prepared by anion exchange reaction (metathesis) from the corresponding bromoalkanes. Total of three (3) new, yet unpublished compounds were synthesized and their structures were determined according to the data obtained by 1H- and 13C- nuclear magnetic resonance.
