Abstract
Rad daje prikaz 7 tropskih voća açaí, acerola, avokado, guava, kiwano, mango i rambutan. Izdvojeni su aktivni metaboliti pojedinog voća, te su prikazane kemijske strukture najdominantnijih spojeva. Međusobnom usporedbom odabranog tropskog voća dobivamo uvid u raznolikost hranjivih i bioaktivnih svojstava. Tropsko voće privlači veliku pozornost djelujući blagonaklono na ljudsko zdravlje, jer sadrži široki spektar bioaktivnih komponenti.
Abstract (english)
This study gives an overview of seven tropical fruits: açaí, acerola, avocado, guava, kiwano, mango and rambutan. It shows the active metabolites of each fruit and the chemical structures of the most dominant compounds. With mutual comparison of selected tropical fruits we get an insight into the diversity of nutritional and bioactive properties. Tropical fruits have attracted great attention to their health benefits because of the broad spectrum of bioactivity.
