Abstract

Glukozinolati su složena skupina spojeva tioglukozidne strukture svojstvena biljkama porodice Brassicaceae, u koju ubrajamo i brokulu. Razlika u sadržaju glukozinolata u povrću ovisi o genotipu, klimatskim uvjetima, sezoni uzgoja, te agronomskim uvjetima (sastav tla i gnojidba). U radu je ispitan utjecaj različite razine gnojidbe dušikom (0, 60, 120 i 240 kg N•ha-1) u tlu na udjel ukupnih i pojedinačnih glukozinolata u tri sorte brokule Parthenon, Marathon i General uzgojene u proljetno-ljetnom roku 2009.godine. Analizirane sorte brokule različito se ponašaju pri različitom režimu gnojidbe. Kod sorte Parthenon utvrđeno je smanjenje količine glukozinolata sa povećanjem koncentracije dušikova gnojiva. Kod sorti Marathon i General najveća koncentracija ukupnih glukozinolata je bila kod kod koncentracije dušikova gnojiva od 120 kg N•ha-1. Rezultati ovog rada ukazuju da optimalna količina gnojidbe sa dušikom ovisi o sorti te je potrebno provesti istraživanja režima gnojiva za svaku pojedinu sortu s ciljem dobivanja optimalnih prinosa i udjela glukozinolata.

Abstract (english)

Glucosinolates are a complex group of compounds thioglucosyde structure inherent in the plant family Brassicaceae, which includes the broccoli. The difference in the content of glucosinolates in vegetables depends on the genotype, climate conditions, season of breeding, and agronomic conditions (soil composition and fertilization). This paper investigates the impact of different levels of nitrogen fertilization (0, 60, 120 and 240 kg N•ha-1) in the soil at the proportion of total and individual glucosinolates in two broccoli cultivars Parthenon, Marathon and General 2009 year in spring-summer growing cycle. Analyzed broccoli cultivars behave differently at different fertilization regimes. It has been established that the Parthenon cultivar has a decrease of the amount of glucosinolates with the increase of nitrogenous fertiliser concentration level. The Marathon and General cultivars have the highest concentration level of total glucosinolates when the nitrogenous fertiliser concentration level is at 120 kg N•ha-1. Results of this paper suggest that the optimal quantity of sulfur fertilizing depends on the cultivar, and that research for fertilizer regime needs to be done for each cultivar in order to obtain optimum yield and glucosinolates share.
