Abstract

Metoda omjera spektrofotometrijskih signala korišena je u ovom radu za kvantitativno određivanje prehrambenih azo bojila Sunset Yellow FCF, Ponceau 4R i Brilliant black BN u binarnim smjesama. U okviru ovog rada istražen je utjecaj različitih parametara na točnost dobivenih rezultata u uzorku binarnih smjesa. Optimalni parametri su primjenjeni u određivanju koncentracije bojila u realnom uzorku arome višnje kojem je dodano još jedno bojilo za simulaciju binarne smjese. Rezultati dobiveni metodom omjera signala uspoređeni su s rezultatima derivacijske metode pri čemu je pokazano slaganje u rasponu do 10 %.

Abstract (english)

The signal ratio spectrophotometric method was applied in this paper for simultaneous quantitative determination of food dyes Sunset Yellow FCF, Ponceau 4R and Brilliant Black BN in binary mixtures. In order to optimize the signal ratio method, the effect of different parameters on the accuracy of the obtained results was investigated in binary mixtures and optimal parameters are then applied in determining the concentration of dyes in real sample doped with one dye to make binary mixture. Results obtained by signal ratio method were in 4 to 10 % agreement, when compared to concentrations of individual dyes in binary mixtures and semi-real samples obtained using derivative spectroscopy.
