Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se problemom primjene ultrazvuka pri ekstrakciji bioaktivnih tvari,pojavama koje se javljaju tijekom primjene ultrazvuka, te utjecaj na samu ekstrakciju.Tako se kao zaključak nameće teza da je upotreba ultrazvuka pri ekstrakciji bioaktivnih tvari višestruko korisna jer se povećava iskorištenje ekstrakcije, te se postižu uštede na otapalu i skraćuje se vrijeme procesa ekstrakcije.

Abstract (english)

This paper addresses the problem of application of ultrasound during extraction of bioactive compounds, phenomena that occur during application of ultrasound, and the impact of the extraction itself. The conclusion is that the use of ultrasound during extraction of bioactive substances is useful because it increases the yield of extraction, achieve savings in solvent and shortens the time of extraction process.
