Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je procijeniti kakvoću prehrane osoba oboljelih od celijakije s područja Zadarske županije. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 10 osoba s celijakijom, 9 žena i 1 muškarac, starosne dobi od 19 do 60 godina Procjena kakvoće prehrane utvrđena je 7-dnevnim dnevnikom prehrane. Osim dijetetičkih parametara utvrđeni su i antropometrijski parametri (tjelesna masa, tjelesna visina, udio masnog tkiva te omjer struka i bokova), kojima je utvrđeno da je većina ispitanika normalno uhranjena, te da omjer struka i bokova kod većinom ženskih ispitanica upućuje na androidni tip raspodjele masnog tkiva. Rezultati obrade 7-dnevnih dnevnika prehrane pokazali su da je udio masti, proteina i ugljikohidrata u prehrani u skladu s DRI preporukama. Rezultati su pokazali da ispitanici imaju deficitaran unos vitamina A, vitamina D, kalcija, kalija, magnezija, joda, selena i dijetalnih vlakana u odnosu na preporučene vrijednosti s obzirom na dob i spol.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work was to evaluate the quality of nutrition of people with celiac disease in the Zadar county. The study included 10 people with celiac disease, 9 women and 1 man, aged 19-60. Diet quality assessment was determined with 7-day dietary record. We also evaluated their anthropometric parameters (body weight, body height, body fat ratio and waist-hip ratio), which showed that the majority of respondents have body mass index (BMI) in the normal range, and that the waist to hips ratio for most of the female respondents indicates the android type of distribution adipose tissue. The results of 7-day dietary record showed that the proportion of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in the diet are in accordance with the DRI recommendations. Results showed that respondents have a deficient intake of vitamin A, vitamin D, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iodine, selenium, and dietary fiber in relation to recommended levels based on age and gender.
