Abstract

U ovom radu određene su masene koncentracije elemenata arsena, kalija i mangana u podzemnoj vodi i vodi za piće na području grada Zagreba. Arsen i mangan određeni su atomskom apsorpcijskom spektrometrijom uz plamenu odnosno elektrotermičku atomizaciju uzorka. Kalij je određen atomskom emisijskom spektrometrijom uz induktivno spregnutu plazmu. Određen je linearni odziv detektora, granica detekcije, granica kvantifikacije i ponovljivost za metodu kojom je određen mangan. Masene koncentracije arsena, kalija i mangana uspoređene su s maksimalnim dozvoljenim koncentracijama pojedinih elemenata propisanim u važećem „Pravilniku o zdravstvenoj ispravnosti vode za piće“ i uočeno je da su masene koncentracije svih elemenata ispod maksimalnih dozvoljenih koncentracija.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this study was to determine element concentrations of arsenic, potassium and manganese in drinking water and ground water in Zagreb area. Arsenic and manganese were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry with flame and electrothermal atomization, respectively, while potassium was determined using atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma. Linear response of the detector was determined for all methods. Additionally precision, accuracy, limit of detection and limit of quantification of the method for manganese determination were demonstrated. The determined concentrations of arsenic, manganese and potassium were compared to maximum allowed concentrations defined in “Ordinance of sanitary quality of drinking water” currently in force in Republic of Croatia and all were bellow maximum allowed concentrations.
