Abstract

U ovom radu opisana je i provedena validacija analitičke metode u laboratoriju, određivanje šećera u medu tekućinskom kromatografijom visoke djelotvornosti kao jedne od najviše korištenih analitičkih tehnika danas. Analitička metoda složeni je postupak koji se sastoji od niza koraka kao što su: uzorkovanje, priprema uzorka za kromatografsku analizu, podešavanje instrumenta prije mjerenja, samog mjerenja i izračuna rezultata. Svaki od tih postupaka može imati značajan utjecaj na konačni rezultat. Validacija je postupak kojim se utvrđuje utjecaj pojedinih čimbenika na pouzdanost odabrane metode. Rezultati provedene validacije usporede se sa zahtjevanim kriterijima definiranim u skladu s potrebama koje ispitivani analitički postupak mora zadovoljiti.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the validation of analytical methods conducted in the laboratory, the determination of sugars in honey by liquid chromatography and high performance as one of the most widely used analytical techniques today. Analytical method is a complex procedure which consists of a series of steps such as sampling, sample preparation for chromatographic analysis, calibrated before the measurement, the measurement and calculation results. Each of these procedures can have a significant impact on the final result. Validation is the process of establishing the influence of certain factors on the reliability of the method chosen. The results of the validation compared with the required criteria set out in accordance with the needs of the tested analytical procedures must satisfy.
