Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je odrediti utjecaj sorte i mikroklimatskih uvjeta na sadržaj ukupnih fenola, ukupnih flavonoida te ukupnih neflavonoida u mandarinama (Citrus reticulata L) sorti Kawano Wase, Chahara, Zorica, Okitsu, ubranih na 5 različitih lokacija u dolini Neretve, u dva termina berbe. Fenolni spjevi određivani su spektrofotometrijski. Najveća koncentracija ukupnih fenola određena je u sorti Kawano Wase, u prvom terminu berbe (vrijednost 1133,33 mg/kg svjeţe pulpe). Najveća koncentracija ukupnih flavonoida određena je u sorti Chahara, također u prvom terminu berbe (578,14 mg/kg svjeţe pulpe). U sorti Okitsu, u prvom terminu berbe, određena je najveća koncentracija ukupnih neflavonoida (778,03 mg/kg svjeţe pulpe). Sorta mandarine signifikantno utječe na koncentraciju ukupnih flavonoida i neflavonoida (p<0,05), dok lokacija uzgoja i termin berbe nisu pokazali signifikantan utjecaj na koncentracije ispitivanih spojeva (ANOVA).

Abstract (english)

The aim of this work was to determine the influence of cultivars and microclimate conditions on the content of total phenolics, total flavonoids and total nonflavonoids in mandarin (Citrus reticulata L.) cultivars Kawano Wase, Chahara, Zorica, Okitsu, harvested on five locations in Neretva valley. The phenolic compounds were determined spectrophotometrically. The highest concentration of total phenolics was found in the Kawano Wase cultivar, at first period of harvesting (1133,33 mg/kg fresh pulp). The highest concentration of total flavonoids was found in the Chahara cultivar, at first period of harvesting (578,14 mg/kg fresh pulp). In the Okitsu cultivar, at first period of harvesting, was found the highest concentration of total nonflavonoids (778,03 mg/kg fresh pulp). The cultivar of mandarin had significant influence on total flavonoid and nonflavonoid concentrations (p<0,05), while microclimate conditions and period of harvesting did not show significant influences on concentration of phenolic compounds (ANOVA).
