Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bilo je primjeniti elektronski jezik kao brzu metodu određivanja botaničkog podrijetla meda. U tu svrhu analizirano je 12 uzoraka meda, od čega 5 uzoraka bagremovog meda, 4 uzorka medljike te 3 uzorka kestenovog meda. Podaci su obrađeni multivarijantnom statističkom metodom analize glavnih komponenata. Dobiveni rezultati upućuju na mogućnost upotrebe elektronskog jezika za određivanje botaničkog podrijetla meda.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final work was to determine the posibility of application of an electronic tongue in the determination of honey botanical origin. For that purpose 12 samples of honey were analyzed of which 5 were accacia honey, 4 honeydew honey and 3 chestnut honey. The obtained results were evaluated by the multivariate statistical method principal component analysis. The obtained results indicate that the electronic tongue can be applied in the determination of honey botanical origin.
