Abstract

U ovom radu primjenom tekućinske kromatografije visoke djelotvornosti (HPLC) i UV detektora određene su masene koncentracije sladila (acesulfam K, aspartam i saharin) u devet uzoraka dijetetskih proizvoda koji se trenutno nalaze na hrvatskom tržištu. Dobiveni rezultati masenih koncentracija uspoređeni su s propisanim vrijednostima u Pravilniku o prehrambenim aditivima (NN. 81/2008). Istraživanje je pokazalo da pet uzoraka zadovoljava maksimalno propisane količine sladila navedenih u Pravilniku, dok četiri uzorka sadrže veće količine sladila te time odstupaju od dozvoljenih maksimalnih količina navedenih u Pravilniku.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, the mass concentration of sweeteners (acesulfame K, aspartame and saccharin) in nine samples of dietetic products currently present on the Croatian market were determined using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and UV detectors. The obtained results were compared with the values prescribed in the Regulations on food additives (NN. 81/2008). The study showed that five samples meet the prescribed maximum amount of sweeteners listed in the Regulations, while four samples contain larger amounts of sweeteners, and thus deviate from the maximum permitted amount specified in the Regulations.
