| Abstract | U ovom radu analizirani su uzorci kestena s nekoliko prirodnih staništa u Hrvatskoj. Analizirano je 35 uzoraka sa područja Cres, Učka, Moslavačka gora, zapadna Medvednica (Medvedgrad), Bosiljevo i Ozalj. Određen je osnovni kemijski sastav kao što je udjel vode, udjel masti, udjel proteina, udjel pepela te udjel ukupnih ugljikohidrata. Rezultati su pokazali da se udjel vode kretao od 40,78 – 52,68%, udjel masti od 3,43 – 5,02%, udjel proteina od 2,79 – 5,61%, udjel pepela od 2,57 – 3,83% te udjel ukupnih ugljikohidrata od 87,14 – 90,89%. Također je uočeno da postoje statistički značajne razlike svih određivanih fizikalnokemijskih parametara između istraživanih područja. |
| Abstract (english) | The aim of this study was to analyse some samples of chestnuts from their natural habitats in Croatia. 35 samples were analysed from aries of Cres, Ucka, Moslavacka gora, western Medvednica (Medvedgrad), Bosiljevo and Ozalj. Basic chemical composition of chestnuts has been analysed such as water content, fat content, protein content, ash content and total charbohydrates. It was found that water content was between 40,78 – 52,68%, fat content between 3,43 – 5,02%, protein content between 2,79 – 5.61%, ash content between 2,57 – 3,83% and charbs content between 87,14 – 90,89%. Also there has been noted that between diferent arias significant statistical differences have detained. |
