Abstract

U ovom su radu 3 kvaterne soli piridoksal-oksima, 3-hidroksi-4-hidroksiiminometil- 5-hidroksimetil-2-metil-1-R-fenacilpiridinijevi bromidi (R= H, Br, CH3) prevedene u stirilderivate reakcijom kondenzacije s 4-hidroksi- odnosno ,-dimetilaminobenzaldehidom u metanolu uz piperidin kao katalizator. Priprevljena su četiri (4) nova, do sada neobjavljena spoja, a njihove strukture određene su pomoću podataka dobivenih IR-spektroskopijom te 1Hi 13C- nuklearno-magnetskom rezonancijom.

Abstract (english)

In this work quaternary salts of pyridoxal oxime, 3-hydroxy-4- hydroxyiminomethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-1-R-phenacylpyridinium bromides (R= H, Br, CH3) were converted into some styryl derivatives by condensation with 4-hydroxy- and ,- dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in methanol with piperidine as catalyst. Four (4) novel, yet not published, compounds have been synthesized, and their structures were determined according to the data obtained by IR-spectroscopy, 1H- and 13C- nuclear magnetic resonance.
