Abstract | U ovom radu analizirano je 40 uzoraka meda, 7 uzoraka bagremovog meda, 12 uzoraka kestenovog meda, 4 uzorka lipovog meda te 17 uzoraka livadnog meda, hrvatskog porijekla. |
Abstract (english) | In this assay, 40 samples of honey from croatian territory were analyzed, 7 acacia honey samples, 12 buckeye honey samoples, 4 lime honey samples and 17 meadow honey samples. Determination of total flavonoid content was conducted whereat every sample was analyzed in three parallel series. Total flavonoid content ranged from 0,290 mg QE/100 g of honey to 4,515 mg QE/100 g of honey, with an avarege of 1,977 mg QE/100 g of honey, for acacia honey; from 3,477 mg QE/100 g of honey to 11,988 mg QE/100 g of honey, with an avarege of 6,951 mg QE/100 g of honey, for buckeye honey; from 3,087 mg QE/100 g of honey to 5,893 mg QE/100 g of honey, with an avarege of 4,626 mg QE/100 g of honey, for lime honey and from 0,403 mg QE/100 g of honey to 11,012 mg QE/100 g of honey, with an avarege of 4,950 mg QE/100 g of honey, for meadow honey. Highest average content of total flavonoids was determined in buckeye honey and lowest in acacia honey. Lime and meadow honey have even flavonoid content. |
