Abstract

U ovome radu istraživano je antimikrobno djelovanje diklorvosa na rast odabranih sojeva bakterija (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis i Sarcina sp) i kvasaca (Rhodotorula sp, Candida utilis i Candida albicans). Da bi se odredila osjetljivost mikroorganizama korištena je difuzijska metoda, a istraživanja su provedena sa različitim koncentracijama i volumenima diklorvosa. Pokusi su pokazali da koncentracije diklorvosa od 1% i 5% pokazuju inhibitorno djelovanje prema gotovo svim odabranim mikroorganizmima. Najbolja inhibija rasta odabranih istraživanih sojeva bakterija i kvasaca postignuta je s najvišom koncentracijom (5%-tnom) diklorovosa.

Abstract (english)

For the purphose of this paper was tested antimicrobial activity of dichlorvos on microbical growth of some chosen species of bacteria(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis i Sarcina sp) and yeasts (Rhodotorula sp, Candida utilis i Candida albicans). To determine the sensitivity of microorganisms, the difussion technique was used. Resarch was done with different concentration and volumes of dichlorvos. The experiments demonstrate that dichlorvos show inhibitional activity towards amost the all chosen microorginisms. The best inhibition of the growth of bacteria and yeasts species on which experiment was performed was achieved with the highest dichlorvos concentration.
