Abstract

U ovom su radu kvaterne soli piridoksal-oksima, 3-hidroksi-4-hidroksiiminometil-5- hidroksimetil-2-metil-1-R-fenacilpiridinijevi bromidi (R=Br, F, OCH3, C6H5), prevedene u druge soli (klorid, oksalat, p-toluensulfonat, heksafluorfosfat, heksafluorantimonat i hidrogensulfat) reakcijom izmjene aniona (metateza). Pripravljeno je devet (9) novih, do sada neobjavljenih, spojeva. Strukture spojeva 6-14 određene su pomoću podataka dobivenih IRspektroskopijom te 1H- i 13C- nuklearno-magnetskom rezonancijom.

Abstract (english)

In this work quaternary salts of pyridoxal oxime, 3-hydroxy-4- hydroxyiminomethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-1-R-phenacylpyridinium bromides (R= Br, F, OCH3, C6H5) were converted into some other salts (chloride, oxalate, p-toluenesulphonate, hexafluorophosphate, hexafluoroantimonate and hydrogensulphate) by anion exchange reactiones (metathesis). Nine (9) novel, yet not published, compounds were synthesized. The structures of compounds 6-14 were determined according to the data obtained by IRspectroscopy, 1H- and 13C- nuclear magnetic resonance.
