Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je pokazati mjernu nesigurnost u laboratorijima koji su vezani za rutinu mikrobiološke analize. Utvrđeni su izvori mjerne nesigurnosti i njihov utjecaj na konačne rezultate. Mjerna nesigurnost se istraživala na uzorcima brašna koji su podvrgnuti mikrobiološkoj analizi radi određivanja broja živih mikroorganizama. Dobiveni rezultati su statistički obrađeni, tj. izračunata su mjerna odstupanja klasičnim postupkom i logaritamskim postupkom. Najveća mjerna nesigurnost kod brojanja živih mikroorganizama utvrđena je između pet različitih analitičara.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this work is to show measurement uncertainty in laboratories engaged to routine microbiological analysis. There were approved resources of measurement uncertainty and their influence in final results. Measurement uncertainty was performed on the samples of meal, which was submit under to microbiological analysis and imposet a number of colony and then the results has beenare statisticaly analyzed. Measurement deviation has been calculated in classical and logarithmic procedure. The biggest measurement uncertainty was approved by number of colony between five different analyst.
