Abstract

Epizootiološka situacija s trihinelozom svinja u Republici Hrvatskoj, posebice u njezinim istočnim županijama nije povoljna. Trenutno propisana službena metoda klasične trihineloskopije, s obzirom na svoju osjetljivost, može spriječiti oboljenje u ljudi i predstavlja važan korak u uspješnom suzbijanju lanca širenja trihineloze. Uz trihinelozu, u neizravne dijagnostičke metode dokazivanja trihinele ubrajamo i metodu umjetne probave-digestiju. U ovom radu uspoređene su te dvije metode, a krajnji cilj je bio istražiti postoje li razlike u dobivenim rezultatima ovim metodama.Dobiveni rezultati nisu se razlikovali, niti jedan uzorak nije bio pozitivan na Trichinella spiralis.
