Abstract

Spektrofotometrijsko određivanje anionskih detergenata u otpadnim vodama temelji se na reakciji između anionskog detergenta i metilenskog plavila. S obzirom da se nastali spoj može ekstrahirati iz vode u kloroform to svojstvo se koristi za određivanje koncentracije anionskih detergenata na temelju inteziteta plave boje kompleksa koja je proporcionalna koncentraciji anionskih detergenata u uzorcima. Odnos koncentracije standardnog anionskog detergenta (dodecilbenzensulfonata) i apsorbancije je linearan u području koncentracije od 0,05 do 0,5 mg/L. Spektrofotometrijsko određivanje anionskih detergenata provedeno je sa i bez filtracije.

Abstract (english)

Spetrophotometric determination of anionic surfactans in wastewater is based on a reaction between anionic surfactan and methylene blue. Since the compound formed is automaticly extracted from water to chloroform, this property is used for determination of anionic surfactans concentration based on intensity of coloration which is proportional to the anionic surfactans concentration in the samples. Relation between concentration of reference anionic surfactant (dodecylbenzensulfonic) and apsorbance is linear and it is get in concentration area from 0,05 till 0,5 mg/L. Spetrophotometric determination of anionic surfactans was conducted with and without using filtration.
