Abstract
Zbog zakonskih odredbi uvođenja i boljeg plasmana prehrambenih proizvoda na inozemnom tržištu, prehrambene industrije u Hrvatskoj implementirale su različite sustave upravljanja sigurnošću hrane. Najzastupljeniji standardi u Hrvatskoj su: HACCP (Codex Alimentarius), HR EN ISO 22000:2005, IFS, BRC, GlobalGAP, Halal i Košer. Ovim istraživanjem utvrdili smo u kojoj mjeri su organizacije iz prehrambene industrije implementirale određene sustave upravljanja sigurnošću hrane. Rad obuhvaća statističke preglede trenutne situacije.
Abstract (english)
Due to the legal provisions and better position on international market, the food industry in Croatia has implemented a variety of food safety management system. The most common standards in Croatia are: HACCP (Codex Alimentarius), EN ISO 22000:2005, IFS, BRC, GLOBALGAP, Halal and Kosher. With this study we found the extent to which organizations in the food industry have implemented some of the food safety management system. Work includes statistical overview of the current situation
