Abstract

Provedena je analiza hidrodinamičkih uvjeta u različitim tipovima mikroreaktora za sustave kapljevina-kapljevina i plin-kapljevina. Ispitane su efektivne difuzivnosti glukoze, katehola, enzima glukoza oksidaze i enzima lakaze u mikroreaktoru. Provedeno je odreñivanje volumnih koeficijenta prijenosa tvari za sustave kapljevinakapljevina i plin-kapljevina-kapljevina, te procjena vrijednosti kinetičkih parametara procesa biotransformacije katehola lakazom iz Trametes versicolor u mikroreaktoru u cilju postavljanja dvodimenzionalnog matematičkog modela. Primjenom mikroreaktora postiže se znatno unapreñenje procesa biotransformacije katehola enzimom lakazom u usporedbi s klasičnim šaržnim procesom biotransformacije; konverzija katehola od X = 19,86 % u mikroreaktoru je postignuta za vrijeme zadržavanja od t = 72 s, dok je za postizanje približno iste konverzije (X = 19,04 %) u šaržnom reaktoru reakciju bilo potrebno provoditi u vremenu t = 247 min.

Abstract (english)

Hydrodynamic conditions in different types of microreactors were analysed for liquid-liquid systems and for gas-liquid system. Effective diffusivities of glucose, catechol, glucose oxidase and laccase were analysed and volumetric mass transfer coefficients for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid-liquid systems were estimated. Kinetic parameters of laccase catalysed catechol biotransformation in a microreactor were estimated. Two dimensional mathematical model of laccase catalysed catechol biotransformation in a microreactor was developed. Laccase catalysed catechol biotransformation process is significantly improved using microreactors. Catechol conversion of X = 19.86 % was achieved for residence time of t = 72 s for experiment performed in microreactor, while in conventional batch reactor approximately the same conversion (X =19.04 %) was achieved in t = 247 min.
