Abstract
Terapije nekih bolesti, kao što su AIDS, razne vrste tumora, fungalne infekcije i sl., znatno su unaprijeđene modifikacijama nukleozida. Također kopulati ferocena s nukleobazama sve češće postaju predmet istraživanja zbog njihove izuzetne biološke aktivnosti. To mogu zahvaliti svojstvima ferocena i nukleobaze, te je u okviru ovog završnog rada višestupanjskom sintezom pripravljen N1-ferocenoil uracil 4. Njegova struktura potvrđena je primjenom IR, ¹H i ¹³C NMR spektroskopijom. U daljnjem tijeku istraživanja ispitati će se njegove biološke aktivnosti i elektrokemijskih svojstava.
Abstract (english)
Therapies of some diseases, like AIDS, various types of tumors, fungal infections and etc. are considerably improved with modifications of nucleosides. Also copulates of ferrocene with nucleobases increasingly become the subject of resreaches because of their excellent biological activity. It can thank to properties of ferrocene and nucleobases, so within the framework of this final work with multiple synthesis N1-ferrocenoil-uracil 4 was made. Its structure is confirmed by using IR, ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. In further course of research its biological activity and electrochemical properties will be examined.
