Abstract

Redovitu kontrolu prehrambenih proizvoda, uz korištenje adekvatnih i pouzdanih analitičkih metoda potrebno je provoditi zbog potencijalno štetnog utjecaja na zdravlje potrošača. Prisutnost ostataka rezidua sedativa u proizvodima životinjskog podrijetla je realan. Cilj ovog rada bio je odrediti validacijske postupke u određivanju sedativa u bubregu životinja primjenom UHPLC-MS/MS metode. Od validacijskih parametara određivani su: specifičnost, linearnost, ponovljivost i međupreciznost, granična količina analita, sposobnost dokazivanja, mjerna nesigurnost, robusnost i stabilnost. Rezultati validacije su zadovoljili kriterije propisane Uredbom Europske komisije br. 657/2002. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata, može se zaključiti kako je odabrana metoda prikladna za određivanje rezidua osam sedativa u uzorcima životinjskih bubrega.

Abstract (english)

It is necessary to conduct regular control of food products using appropriate and reliable analytical method due to the potentially harmful impact on consumer health. The presence of sedative residues in products of animal origin is realistic. The aim of this study was to determine validation procedures in the determination of sedative residues in animal kidney using the UHPLC-MS/MS method. Validation parameters that were determined: specificity, linearity, repeatability and intermediate precision, decision limit, detection capability, measurement uncertainty, robustness and stability. The validation results met the criteria prescribed by the European Commission Regulation no. 657/2002. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the chosen method is suitable for the determination of eight sedative residues in animal kidney samples.
