Abstract

Upotreba antibiotika u veterinarskoj praksi može rezultirati pojavom rezidua tih lijekova u hrani životinjskog podrijetla. Zaštita stoke i peradi od mogućih infekcija je važna, međutim, bitna je i sustavna kontrola i nadzor nad primjenom veterinarskih lijekova kako bi se osigurali zdravstveno ispravni i neškodljivi proizvodi životinjskog podrijetla na tržištu. Cilj ovog rada bio je odrediti koncentracije rezidua gentamicina u uzorcima mlijeka i mišićnog tkiva različitih životinja ELISA metodom. Najveće dopuštene količine (NDK) za gentamicin Uredbom Komisije (EU) br 37/2010 su 50 μg/kg za mišić, 200 μg/kg za masno tkivo, 750 μg/kg za jetra i bubreg, te 100 μg/mL za mlijeko. U niti jednom ispitivanom uzorku koncentracija gentamicina nije prelazila vrijednost najveće dopuštene količine (NDK) za gentamicin. Rezultati su pokazali da je ELISA pouzdana i osjetljiva metoda za utvrđivanje rezidua gentamicina u hrani životinjskog podrijetla što je ustanovljeno određivanjem koncentracije gentamicina u uzorcima u koje su dodane određene koncentracije gentamicina (u mlijeko 100 ppb, a u mišićno tkivo 50 ppb gentamicina).

Abstract (english)

The use of antibiotics in veterinary practice may result in residues of these drugs in food of animal origin. The protection of livestock and poultry from possible infection is important, however, is an important and systematic control and supervision of the application of veterinary drugs to ensure correct health and harmless animal products on the market. The aim of this study was to determine the concentration of gentamicin residues in milk samples and muscle tissue of different animals ELISA method. Maximum levels (MRLs) for gentamicin Commission Regulation (EU) No 37/2010 were 50 mg/kg for muscle, 200 mg/kg of fat, 750 mg/kg for liver and kidney, and 100 mg/ml of milk. In any one sample concentration of gentamicin did not exceed the value of the maximum residue limit (MRL) for gentamicin. The results showed that the ELISA reliable and sensitive method for the determination of residues of gentamicin in foods of animal origin which is established by determining the concentration of gentamicin in samples that were added in a particular concentration of gentamicin (100 ppb in milk, and in muscle tissue 50 ppb gentamicin).
