Abstract

Obrađeni su rezultati ispitivanja energetske i prehrambene vrijednosti toplog obroka u Dječjim vrtićima „Sunce“ kojima se opskrbljuje 9 područnih vrtića sa ukupno 500 djece. Podaci su uspoređeni sa preporukama prema Programu zdravstvene zaštite djece, higijene i pravilne prehrane djece u dječjim vrtićima iz 2007. godine za dvije dobne skupine djece. Prezentirani rezultati su pokazali bitna odstupanja u energetskom i prehrambenom sastavu toplog obroka za obje dobne skupine.

Abstract (english)

This study elaborated the analysis results of the energy and nutritional values of hot meal (lunch) in Kindergarten "Sunce" which supplies 9 regional kindergarten with 500 children. Data were compared with the recommendations by the Children health care programme, hygiene and proper nutrition of children in kindergartens from the year of 2007 for the two age groups. The presented results showed significant discrepancy in the energy and nutritional composition of meals for both age groups.
