Abstract

Istražena je denitrificirajuća defosfatacija preko nitrita pri anoksičnim uvjetima. Denitrificirajuća defosfatacija je istražena pri početnoj koncentraciji 15 mg PO4-P/L uz nitrit kao akceptor elektrona pri omjeru N/P 2, te uz natrijev acetat kao izvor C dodan u omjeru C/N 0,5, 1, 2, 3, 4, i 7 (ekvivalent omjeru C/P 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 i 14). Nije kontroliran pH. Dokazan je unutarstanično pohranjen poliP. Povećanjem omjera C/N povećava se učinkovitost uklanjanja i PO4-P i NO2-N do omjera C/N 4 koji predstavlja minimalnu količinu C iz natrijeva acetata potrebnu za potpunu denitrifikaciju i pri tome ostvaren unos P (77%). Pri omjeru C/N 7 proces denitrificirajuće defosfatacije preko nitrita je rezultirao potpunom denitrifikacijom i učinkovitosti uklanjanja PO4-P 72%, i samo 37% redukciju KPK.

Abstract (english)

Denitrifying dephosphatation via nitrite at anoxic conditions was investigated. The denitrifying dephosphatation of an initial concentration of 15 mg PO4-P/L with nitrite as an electron acceptor at a ratio of N/P 2 and with sodium acetate as a source of C added at a C/N ratio of 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 (equivalent to ratio C/P 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 14). No pH was controlled. Intracellulary stored polyP was proven. Increasing the C/P (C/N) ratio increases the efficiency of PO4-P and NO2-N removal to a C/N 4 which represents the minimum amount of C required for full denitrification and P uptake of 77%. At the ratio C/N 7 the denitrification dephosphatation process via nitrite resulted in the complete denitrification and a PO4-P removal efficiency of 72%, and COD was reduced only 37%.
