Abstract

U ovom radu opisana je tehnologija proizvodnje keksa, krekera i ĉajnih peciva. S obzirom da su ti proizvodi privlaĉni potrošaĉima svih dobnih skupina, javlja se potreba za njihovom prisutnošću na trţištu. U tu je svrhu izraĊen tehnološki projekt u kojem je opisan suvremen naĉin proizvodnje keksa i krekera. U njemu su dana tehnološka rješenja i smještaj linija za njihovu proizvodnju i pakiranje, te naĉin skladištenja. Na temelju projektnog zadatka odabrane su makrolokacija i mikrolokacija za izgradnju pogona i pratećih objekata za danu tehnologiju. Zgrada pogona za preradu konstruirana je na naĉin da sadrţi sve proizvodne i neproizvodne prostorije ĉime se omogućuje nesmetan prolaz ljudi, vozila i materijala te se povećava efikasnost proizvodnog procesa.

Abstract (english)

This work describes the technology for the production of biscuits, crackers and tea biscuits. Given that these products are attractive to consumers of all ages, there is a need for their presence in the market. For this purpose, it is made a technological project in which is described a modern way of producing biscuits and crackers. In it are on technological solutions and accommodations production line and packaging, and the manner of storage. Based on the terms of reference were selected macrolocations and microlocations for plant and ancillary facilities for a given technology. The building processing plants is constructed in a way that includes all production and non-production facilities allowing free passage of people, vehicles and materials and increasing the efficiency of the production process.
