Abstract

Cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi prisutnost ostataka antibiotika u različitim uzorcima meda uz korištenje orijentacijske EIA metode za određivanje streptomicina i dihidrostreptomicina, te mikrobiološkog testa, PremiTest, koji je namjenjen određivanju antimikrobnih supstanci u medu. Rezultati su pokazali da u svim ispitivanim uzorcima nije pronađen streptomicin u nedozvoljenoj koncentraciji, dok je u 10 uzoraka koncentracija dihidrostreptomicina prelazila dozvoljenu koncentraciju. Rezultati PREMI- testa za sve ispitivane uzorke su negativni, što znači da u uzorcima meda nema antimikrobnih supstanci odnosno slijedećih tvari: eritromicina, tilmikozina, tilozina, oksitetraciklina, klortetraciklina, tetraciklina, doksiciklina i sulfatiazola.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this study was to determine the presence of antibiotic residues in different samples of honey using orientation EIA method for determining streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin, and microbiological test, PremiTest, which is aimed at determining the antimicrobial substances in honey. The results showed that unallowed concentrations of streptomycin were not found in any of tested samples, while in 10 of the samples concetration of dihydrostreptomycin exceeded allowed concentration. Results of PREMI-test for all tested samples were negative, which means that is samples of honey there are no antimicrobial substances, that is there are no following substances: erythromycin, tilmicosin, tylosin, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, tetracycline, doxycycline and sulfathiazole.
