Abstract

Pivarstvo je na područjima Europe dobro poznato i ima svoju dugu povijest unutar društva. Prema poznatim činjenicama iz povijesti pivo su konzumirali stari Sumerani i Egipćani, a trgovanjem znanje o pivarstvu se prenosi na Grke i Rimljane. Njemački vojnici svojim dolaskom na područja Hrvatske krajem 17. st. i početkom 18. st. donose kulturu pivarstva te započinje razvoj i proizvodnja piva u Hrvatskoj. U zadnjem desetljeću u pivarstvu se javlja nova grana takozvanih „craft“ piva koje se zbog specifičnog okusa ističu u odnosu na standardno pivo poznato društvu. Rastom i razvojem pivarske industrije izrađen je Prijedlog tehničko-tehnološkog rješenja pogona craft pivovare u kojem se odabire adekvatna lokacija za izgradnju proizvodnog pogona, opisani su tehnološki procesi proizvodnje, izračunate materijalne i energetske bilance, navedeni uređaji i oprema te tlocrtni prikaz planiranog proizvodnog pogona izrađenog u AUTOCAD-u.

Abstract (english)

Beer brewing is well known in Europe and has a long history within society. According to known facts from history, beer was consumed by the ancient Sumerians and Egyptians, and through trade the knowledge of brewing was passed on to the Greeks and Romans. With their arrival in Croatia at the end of the 17th century and the beginning of the 18th century, German soldiers brought the culture of brewing and then began the development and production of beer in Croatia. In the last decade, a new branch of so-called craft beers has emerged in brewing, which stands out compared to standard beers known to society due to their specific taste. With the growth and development of the brewing industry, The Proposal of technical-technological solution of the craft brewery plant was prepared, in which an adequate location for the construction of the production plant is selected, technological production processes are described, material and energy balances are calculated, devices and equipment are listed, and floor plan of the planned production plant made in AutoCAD.
