Abstract

Oznaka “Plavi ceker” koju je donio Grad Zagreb namijenjena je označavanju, isticanju i promociji poljoprivrednih i prehrambenih proizvoda čija je kvaliteta više razine od zakonski propisane te uobičajeno zahtijevana i očekivana od strane potrošača. Cilj istraživanja je prikazati i obrazložiti važnost sustava kvalitete kroz neobaveznu oznaku „Plavi ceker“, što ona znači kako za potrošače grada Zagreba tako i za proizvođače iz cijele Hrvatske. U ovom radu će biti prikazani četverogodišnji rezultati provedbe Projekta „Plavi ceker“ (od 2020. - 2023. godine) kroz sustav vrednovanja namirnica/proizvoda životinjskog podrijetla kojima je dodijeljena oznaka “Plavi ceker” kroz 5 kategorija prehrambenih proizvoda. Tijekom formuliranja teorijskog dijela koristit će se metode analize, sinteze i komparacije relevantne literature a tijekom eksperimentalnog dijela metoda analize statističkih podataka javnih poziva i terenskog anketnog upitnika. Prema dobivenim rezultatima može se zaključiti da je istraživanje pokazalo opravdanost uvođenja sustava kvalitete koji je pokrenuo Grad Zagreb kroz neobveznu oznaku „Plavi ceker“.

Abstract (english)

„The Blue ceker“ mark brought by the City of Zagreb is intended for marking, highlighting and promoting agricultural and food products whose quality is higher than legally prescribed and usually demanded and expected by consumers. The goal of the research is to show and explain the importance of the quality system through the non-mandatory „The Blue ceker“ mark, what it means both for the consumers of the city of Zagreb and for producers from all over Croatia. This paper will present the four-year results of the implementation of the "Blue ceker" Project (from 2020 to 2023) through the system of evaluation of foodstuffs/products of animal origin that have been awarded the „The Blue ceker“ mark through 5 categories of food products. During the formulation of the theoretical part, methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison of relevant literature will be used, and during the experimental part, methods of analysis of statistical data of public calls and field survey questionnaires will be used. According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that the research has shown the justification of the introduction of the quality system initiated by the City of Zagreb through the optional „The Blue ceker“ mark.
