Abstract

Trnina (Prunus spinosa L.) pripada rodu Prunus, podporodici Prunoideae, porodici Rosaceae. Plod trnine sadrži značajan udio bioaktivnih spojeva među kojima značajno mjesto zauzimaju fenoli. Stoga je cilj ovog završnog rada bio iz uzoraka ploda trnine izolirati bioaktivne komponente klasičnom ekstrakcijom grijanjem u povrat te ekstrakcijom po Soxhletu uz 50%-tni etanol otapalo. Dominantne komponente karakterizirane su pomoću FTIR–spektroskopije, pri čemu je dokazana prisutnost fenolnih spojeva.... Abstract (english)

Blackthorn (Prunus spinosa L.) is a species of Prunus, genus of Prunoideae, family of Rosaceae. Fruit of blackthorn contain a significant proportion of bioactive compounds,among them significant place have phenols. The purpose of this study was isolation of bioactivecomponents from fruit samples of blackthorn classical extractionand extracted using extraction by Soxhlet with 50% ethanol.Main components were identified FTIR-spectroscopy and thepresence of the phenolic compounds was shown....
