Abstract

Sukladno potražnji i potrošnji na tržištu vina izrađuje se Elaborat tehničko-tehnološkog rješenja pogona za proizvodnju vina. Predviđena lokacija vinarije jest Orebić, naselje na poluotoku Pelješcu, a odabrane vinske sorte grožđa za preradu upravo su autohtone za to područje. Proizvodi se vrhunsko bijelo vino Rukatac i vrhunsko crno vino Plavac mali, ukupnog godišnjeg kapaciteta 50 000 litara vina. Prema potrebnom sadržaju Elaborata, dana je materijalna bilanca, potreba za energentima i radnom... More snagom te organizacija proizvodnje. Tehnologija proizvodnje opisana je tekstualno i shematski, uz pripadajuću odabranu opremu i uređaje prikazane slikama. Površina pogona iznosi 1208 m2, a predviđene parcele 3096 m2. Tlocrt pogona prikazan je grafički, kao i situacijski plan vinarije. Abstract (english)

In accordance with the demand and consumption on the wine market, a study of the technical-technological solution of the wine production plant is presented. The planned location of the winery is Orebić, a municipality on the Pelješac, and the selected wine grape varieties for processing are indigenous to the area. Premium white wine Rukatac and premium red wine Plavac mali are produced, with a total annual capacity of 50,000 litres of wine. Therefore, the material balance, the energy balance... The area of the plant is 1208 m2, and the planned plot is 3096 m2. The floor plan of the plant and the situational plan of the winery are shown graphically.
