Abstract

Stalnim praćenjem trendova, proizvoĊaĉi industrijskih robota i znanstvenici, unaprjeĊuju postojeće robote kako bi odgovorili specifikacijama i zahtjevima pojedinih industrija. Napretkom tehnologije pristupaĉnost industrijskih robota u brojnim industrijama se znatno povećala. Po broju instaliranih kapaciteta prehrambena industrija zbog specifiĉnosti i posebnih zahtjeva u pogledu higijenskih standarda te razliĉitih materijala daleko je manje zastupljena, ali se moţe uoĉiti blagi linearni porast. U ovom radu prikazan je povijesni pregled i osnove rada robotskih i automatizacijskih sustava te njihove primjene u prehrambenoj industriji. Naglašeni su inovacijski ciljevi prehrambene industrije te su prikazane svjetske projekcije rasta instaliranih robotskih jedinica, rasprostranjenosti robota po kontinentima te podjela po industrijama.

Abstract (english)

Industrial robot manufacturers and researchers are constantly monitoring the trends and improving the existing robots to meet the specifications and requirements of each industry. With the advancement in technology, the availability of industrial robots has increased significantly in many industries. In terms of installed capacity, the food industry is far less represented due to the peculiarities and special requirements related to hygiene standards and different materials, but a slight linear increase can be observed. In this paper, a historical overview and the basics of robotic and automation systems and their applications in the food industry are presented. The innovation goals of the food industry are highlighted, and the global forecasts for the growth of installed robotic units, the distribution of robots by industry and alocation by continent are presented.
